Do you offer free quotes?
Yes — quotes are free for residential and small commercial jobs. For larger commercial fit-outs requiring detailed electrical drawings, we provide a free preliminary site visit and itemised quote within 3–5 business days.
Can you give a quote over the phone?
For simple jobs (a power point, ceiling fan, light replacement) yes — we can give an indicative price on the call. For switchboard upgrades, EV chargers, and anything involving the meter box we need to see the site first.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, credit card (Visa/Mastercard with a 1.5% surcharge), and cash. Larger commercial jobs run on 30-day invoice terms with progress payments on extended projects.
Do you charge a callout fee?
No callout fee for quoted work. For emergency after-hours calls we charge a $120 callout fee that is credited against the job if you proceed with the work.
Where are you based?
Our service hub is in Rowville (3178). From there we cover the south-east, east and inner-east — Toorak, Camberwell, Hawthorn, Doncaster, Templestowe, Chadstone, Malvern, Ashburton, Mulgrave and surrounds.
Can you help with insurance or warranty claims?
Yes — we provide written reports, photos, certificates and load calculations for insurance claims, builder warranty disputes, and conveyancing inspections. We've worked on dozens of these and we know what assessors look for.
Do you do commercial maintenance contracts?
Yes. Many of our retail, hospitality and office clients hold annual electrical maintenance contracts with us — fixed-fee testing and tagging, emergency lighting checks, preventative inspections and priority emergency response.
