An office fit-out has a lot of moving parts and a fixed move-in date. We've delivered office electrical from single-floor suites to 450m² fit-outs — power to every workstation, lighting that works for screens, meeting rooms that actually have power where the table is, and a switchboard with capacity for what you're adding.
Office electrical, start to finish
Workstation power via floor boxes, power poles or skirting duct; open-plan and task lighting; meeting-room and boardroom power for screens and AV; kitchen and breakout circuits; dedicated circuits for comms and server rooms; switchboard upgrades and sub-boards where the existing supply won't carry the new load; and make-good works at lease end.
We coordinate with your builder, data cabler, AV installer and mechanical contractor so the electrical is ready when they are.
Refurbishing an occupied office
If you're staying in the space while it changes around you, we stage the work floor by floor or zone by zone and do the disruptive parts — isolations, switchboard changeovers, ceiling work — out of hours. Your team arrives to a working office every morning.
