FOR APARTMENTS:

1. Body corporate approval (we provide technical documentation)

2. Electrical load calculation for the building

3. Dedicated meter (may be required, depends on building)

4. Licensed electrician access to switch room

FOR TOWNHOUSES:

Usually simpler than apartments as you typically own the garage. We just need:
