Will I need to be home during the emergency repair?

For emergency repairs, yes. We need:

• Access to the problem area

• Access to your switchboard

• Someone to approve quoted repairs

• Someone to sign off on completed work

If you’re unable to be home (away on holiday, etc.), you can authorize someone else to provide access and approve work on your behalf.
